Shipping & Returns

In an attempt to keep our prices as low as possible, we try to maintain a simple shipping policy.

 

METHOD OF SHIPPING:

We primarily ship merchandise via UPS ground and US Priority Mail. Long guns are almost always shipped via UPS ground, and handguns are always sent via USPS Priority mail. We will make the determinations which shipper to use based on the circumstances. All orders will attempt to be shipped within Five Business Days of the time the order is completely processed.  Average delivery times once your firearm has been shipped are 2 to 3 business days for handguns, and 3 to 5 business days for long guns.

 

COST:

Unless otherwise stated, the cost for shipping is included in the listed price , anywhere in the continental US (lower 48 States).  We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii at the flat-rate of $15 for handguns, but long guns will be subject to additional fees.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping insurance is NOT included with our Free Shipping offer. On the checkout page, you will be provided with the opportunity to add insurance to the package for a nominal fee. Please be aware that TSSWarehouse.com and Tooele Shooting Supply, LLC will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages that have not been insured.

 

RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION:

Returns are only accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt, and before accepting the transfer from your FFL dealer. If you believe a firearm is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a detailed explanation of the problem so we can determine the best course of action. For damaged or defective firearms, Tooele Shooting Supply, LLC will provide your choice of replacement item (pending availability) or full refund and pay the return shipping cost of the firearm.

 

Please take time to inspect all firearms before proceeding with the transfer. Once a firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. As such, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds or repairs on ANY firearm once it has been transferred to you. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy).  By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer.

 

Customers are responsible for verifying that the firearm they order is legal in their state. If a firearm is shipped to a state where it is not legal, the customer will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.

 

Order Cancellation Fee: We invest time and money to prepare each and every order that is placed with our company, even before the order ships. After you have placed your order online, or over the phone with a sales associate, you will be charged 15% Cancellation/Change fee if you decide to cancel the order or substitute products. You will not be charged any additional fee for adding items to an existing order. By placing an order online or making a phone order with a sales associate, you agree to pay this 15% Cancellation/Change fee should you cancel or change your order. Our business is not set up to change orders easily. We apologize for having to implement these changes, but it is necessary in order to keep our prices low for our customers.

 

If a customer is declined on their ATF Form 4473, they will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee to ship the firearm back to us. Please make sure you are legally allowed to own a firearm before attempting to purchase one.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS:

We are happy to assist our customers with special orders for products that are not currently in stock. Please send us a message through our “Contact Us” page with a description of the product, Manufacturer Part Number (if possible) or a link to the product on another site, and we will try to get back to you within 24 hours with availability and price.

 

All special orders require a 20% Non-Refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. Under no circumstances are we able to place a special order without this deposit. We only accept special orders for products that are currently in stock or on the way from one of our suppliers, and we expect customers to follow through once the firearm has been delivered.

 

FIREARMS:

Tooele Shooting Supply, LLC. will ship a firearm ONLY to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). This means we cannot ship directly to you (unless you have an FFL). It is the sole responsibility of the firearm buyer to contact the FFL dealer prior to order fulfillment and confirm the dealers policies, procedures, and any applicable fees they might charge. Upon completion of payment, and after we have received a copy of your dealers FFL, we will transfer your purchased firearm to a licensed gun dealer in your state. It is your responsibility to complete all required paperwork when you pick up your purchase from your local dealer.

 

Be aware that it is customary for your local dealer to charge a transaction fee at the time you pick up your purchase. This transfer fee is strictly between you and your local dealer. It is your responsibility to check with your local dealer concerning any policy of this kind and concerning your obligations. You do not pay Tooele Shooting Supply, LLC. the transfer fee. By purchasing a firearm from us you acknowledge that you may have to pay your dealer a fee for transferring the gun to you.

You, the buyer, are responsible for locating an FFL dealer for the transfer, and providing all pertinent contact information for your dealer to Tooele Shooting Supply, LLC.

 

For Pick Up In-Store Orders:

Please contact us after placing your order and let us know when you would like to stop by to complete the transaction. Our current hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 11am to 7pm, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. All Pick Up In-Store orders must be picked up within 2 weeks (10 Business Days). Pick Up In-Store orders that have not been picked up within 2 weeks (10 Business Days) will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee (unless other arrangements have been agreed upon prior to making your purchase).
